Social Anxiety Disorder or Social Phobia, is very common in our society.  Nonetheless, people typically suffer greatly trying to hide this disorder or experience extreme discomfort in social situations.  The good news is that this disorder has a very high recovery rate with appropriate treatment.

Anxiety and panic attacks can be very frightening to those of us that experience them.  Often people are not sure what is happening to them and may think that they are having a heart attack, or other medical complications.  Read on to find out typical symptoms of anxiety and panic attacks but keep in mind that everyone experiences symptoms differently and you may experience symptoms that are not on the list
